    Structural features

    1. The reactor is divided into three-phase and single-phase, both of which are dry core.

    2. The core is made of high-quality low loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet. The core column is divided into uniform sections by multiple air gaps. The air gap is separated by epoxy laminated glass cloth plate to ensure that the reactance air gap does not change during operation.

    3. The coil is made of H-class or C-class enamelled flat copper wire, which is closely and evenly arranged. The appearance is not covered with insulation layer, which has excellent aesthetic feeling and good heat dissipation performance.

    4. The coil and iron core of the reactor are assembled into a whole, and then through the process of pre drying, vacuum impregnation and heat curing, the H-class impregnation paint is used to make the coil and iron core of the reactor firmly combined, which not only greatly reduces the noise during operation, but also has a very high heat resistance level, which can ensure that the reactor can operate safely without noise at high temperature.

    5. The fastener of reactor core column is made of non-magnetic material, which ensures that the reactor has higher quality factor and lower temperature rise and better filtering effect.

    6. The copper tube is used to protect the exposed terminals from corrosion.

    7. Compared with domestic similar products, the reactor has the advantages of small volume, light weight and beautiful appearance, which can be compared with foreign famous brands.

    6. The reactor can operate for a long time under the condition that the power frequency plus harmonic current is not more than 1.8 times of the rated current.

    7. Linearity of reactance value: the ratio of reactance value under 1.8 times of rated current to reactance value under rated current shall not be less than 0.95.

    8. The difference of reactance between any two phases of three-phase reactor shall not be greater than ± 2%.

    9. The temperature resistance grade is above grade H (180 ℃).
