Jkw-200 intelligent reactive power compensation unit controller is a special controller to control the intelligent reactive power compensation unit. By collecting the voltage and current information of the power grid, FFT (fast Fourier calculation) is used to analyze and calculate the collected electricity information; full digital control, which integrates the functions of reactive power compensation control, microcomputer protection, comprehensive monitoring of power distribution, etc. through RS485 online interface It can control the networking operation of multiple intelligent reactive power compensation units with any capacity in any compensation mode (common compensation and sub compensation). Using Chinese human-computer interface, display intuitive, easy to set. The communication port can be selected to realize timing, real-time calling, remote control and parameter modification.

1. Control

●Power factor control is adopted to make the compensation accurate and reliable in the full load range.

●Make accurate reactive power compensation for power system with unbalanced three-phase load. The controller can control several controlled intelligent reactive power compensation units. Automatic selection of the most suitable compensation unit switching, constant capacity compensation unit cycle switching.

●The output control adopts RS485 on-line interface, and only one data communication line (equipped) is needed to connect multiple intelligent reactive power compensation units.

2. Protection function

Overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, voltage total harmonic distortion rate overproof protection, LED red light off, the capacitor will be cut off quickly, and the controller will work normally after it returns to normal.

3. LCD interface display

Display the reactive power, power factor, voltage, current, active power, apparent power, total harmonic of voltage and current of each phase of power grid system. The type, ID code, capacity, switching status of capacitor and the total input current of capacitor cabinet are displayed

4. Power distribution monitoring and communication (optional)

●Remote control

Through remote communication, the switching of intelligent reactive power compensation unit is controlled and the parameters are modified.

●Data communication

The T-type has RS485 interface, which can choose to use modbus, 101, dl-535 and other standard communication protocols to upload real-time monitoring data and carry out remote control and parameter modification.
