Is anti harmonic intelligent capacitor switched according to fundamental reactive power or full wave reactive power?

The anti harmonic intelligent capacitor is switched according to the full wave reactive power, which can eliminate other unnecessary waveforms (resonances). If the fundamental wave reactive power is used, other high and low harmonics can not be filtered out during the reactive power.
